From reviewing rides and making suggestions geared towards my family’s needs to making stroller and transportation reservations, everything was on point. Monique is a fabulous knowledgeable travel agent. She is excellent at planning a Magical Disney adventure. Her knowledge and love for all things Disney are a true asset to any trip you want to take! We booked an adult only, do whatever - more leisure /relaxed trip this time around and it was great. Monique gave us some great resort choices and we chose Port Orleans Riverside Preferred. It was a very nice resort and I loved taking the boat ride to Disney Springs. She recommended taking a short walk to the French Quarter for a Beignet, so glad we did it was sooooo good. She offered great tips for visiting MK and Epcot. A must have in Epcot is The Viking Drink, in Norway located inside the bakery near the Frozen ride. Hoping to book again maybe 2026 🤞🤞🤞

Monique is a godsend! This was our third trip to Disney World, but our first time using a vacation planner and had no idea what to expect. What we didn’t expect was the breadth of knowledge and service that she provided with no additional cost to us!  We reached out to Monique about three months prior to our vacation; from day one Monique made planning a Disney vacation super easy.  A short phone call was all she needed to get started with our families’ preferences for an ideal vacation. After that, Monique sent us recommendations on where to stay, where to eat, which days to go to the parks, transportation, and how in the (Disney) world to navigate Genie+!  She also took care of all the bookings and was always on the lookout for discounts that would save us money on our vacation.

The vacation itself was excellent.  The itinerary provided was a good reminder of the things that we wanted to do and what we had scheduled for each day. The resort was a perfect fit. She had requested a specific area of the resort that was newly renovated, close to all the transportation options and quiet. It was amazing!

Every step of the way, Monique was there to help with bookings and changes.  This included when we were at the park and decided that we wanted to cancel our dinner reservations and set up reservations for breakfast at Chef Mickey’s on our break day instead. A simple text message to Monique and she made the changes and sent us a confirmation back in no time.

Needless to say, our family will be booking our next Disney vacation with Monique.

I recently just got back from another Disney trip in January 2023, but my first with friends, so it was all up to us. You don’t realize how stressful planning a trip of this calibre can be until you actually need to do it. This is where Monique at Fabulous Fairy Travel came in. I reached out and asked for her help, and she was more than willing to do so.

From the moment I mentioned it, to the end of our trip she was there alongside us, providing us with any tips and knowledge to make our trip as smooth as possible. She gave us multiple options for potential resorts/prices, checked multiple dates, answered numerous questions, and it just goes on and on her service. She was very efficient and quick with everything in terms of bookings and response to us. We had a minor problem with getting our Magic Bands to link before the trip, so she called Disney and got that squared away in no time! She would constantly check in with us to make sure we didn’t have any other problems/questions and always ask if there was more she could do! My friends and I have been to Disney multiple times, so we had a pretty good idea of how we wanted to navigate the parks and plan our days out, but she did offer to plan out our days and give us an itinerary, so for anyone who has never been or it’s been a long time… No worries! She’s got you covered. Her knowledge and service is an absolute game changer, and it proved because we didn’t run into a single problem while we were there!

The service is really what did it for me. Amazing service is priceless and goes such a long way and that’s exactly what you get with Monique. It’s very clear that she just wants to make your trip as smooth and magical as possible, so next time I go to Disney there is no doubt in my mind I will be coming back to Monique!

I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with Monique at Fabulous Fairy Travel. We got a bright idea to plan our first 10 day Disney vacation about 20 days before we wanted to leave. I tried for about a week to navigate planning this trip of a lifetime on my own and it did not go well. I was confused, overwhelmed and frustrated trying to figure it all out. A friend referred me to Monique and, after our initial phone call, she had nearly our entire trip planned in a matter of hours. The only thing that held her up was me having to confer with the rest of my travel party and make decisions. Once we decided, she made sure we had the hotel we wanted, the park days we wanted (keep in mind, this was post-Covid when you needed park reservations each day), Cinderella’s Royal Table reservations and an appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. We got literally everything we wanted in our trip and she did it all with a snap of her fingers. I am not the type of person that can plan a trip like this as fast as we did or feel comfortable doing it and Monique made the entire experience easy, manageable and relaxing. Monique was truly our Fairy Godmother and made our trip happen…and with less than two weeks to spare. She was never phased by the time constraints and quick turn around and she never made me feel like I was asking too much. When I told her that I understood this was a nearly impossible request, she told me she could make magic happen and it was NOT too much to ask for. She LOVES Disney and has vast experience there. She was an incredible resource at every step along the way. She had tips for where the best places to see the fireworks were, what airport transportation options to use, how to navigate the My Disney Experience App, how to set up our Magic Bands, even ideas to help us surprise my daughter with the trip – she knows ALL the things! She sent us the most beautiful, detailed itinerary for our trip that included all of our reservation numbers, as well as things like where the nearest urgent care was, the operating hours of the park we were going to that day, mobile ordering tips, how to use the Memory Maker, resort transportation options, firework and show times, suggestions for non-park days…you name it, Monique covered it ALL!!! She checked in with me and answered questions while we were on our trip (and she was actually on vacation there at the same time as well!) and never once seemed inconvenienced or bothered. She absolutely loves what she does and it shows through in how she does it. Our daughter’s first Disney trip was every bit as magical as we wanted it to be and Monique made it happen. We will 100% be utilizing Monique and Fabulous Fairy Travel for any future trips.

We went to Disney in 2022, it was a second trip, but the first trip in 5 years. So we needed some help navigating. Monique was amazing with helping to suggest the best ways to work genie plus, and helping convince me that it was the best deal for our time there. She helped me with the best restaurants to eat at, understanding that our kids are teenagers and would enjoy certain aspects of different places.

Our first trip back in 2017, we only did Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, so changing it to all the parks was a huge change, and I needed the help. Especially because this time the Skyliner was available to ride from Hollywood Studios to Epcot. This hopping factor was such a help because she suggested so many excellent restaurants at Epcot. We mostly made sure to somehow get back to Epcot, each day. Epcot ended up being our very favorite park this time. The kids loved it!

We chose to stay off Disney Property this trip, and even though that worked out well for our family, I am not sure I would do that again. However, Monique gave great suggestions to either Uber each day, or pay for parking once at the park we began at, then take the monorail (another first this trip) or the Skyliners when we hop. We ended up paying for parking, at $25/day, again not sure I would choose that, but I had budgeted that per day ahead, but it worked out just fine this trip. Monique has traveled to Disney so many times, and just knows the inside scoop on what you and your family need. It was so helpful to know that I could contact her in a moment of panic (even during our trip) knowing that the outcome of her suggestion would both work out AND make me feel better about whatever I was worried about. Her help was greatly appreciated! Have her help for your trip , she’s amazing at it!

Working with Monique at Fabulous Fairy Travel was the best vacation decision I have ever made. 
I had a conference scheduled at Disney World and reached out to Monique to add my family on to my trip after the fact. It was a short turn around from the time I booked with her until we traveled and Monique took all my stress away. She worked hard to book the trip at the best rate, set up my Disney experience account, and secure park reservations. She gave me a detailed daily plan on how to navigate the parks and how to use the Genie + and Lightning Lane system which I had no idea about. My 60 day reservation window had already passed when I booked the trip and I wasn’t able to get any of the dining reservations I wanted, but Monique stayed on top of it daily and was able to book everything I wanted including Topolino’s Terrace, California Grill, and Space 220. We couldn’t believe it and were so impressed with her drive and positive attitude to help us. I won’t plan another vacation again without her help.
