Why should I use a travel planner that specializes in Disney vacations? 
We will just come right out and say it. Going to Disney is complicated and is constantly changing.

There is an abundance of false and outdated information on the internet and in message boards. Rides and restaurants open and close, booking policies change. Park hours and crowd levels can affect th
e overall experience.

You either need to invest a ton of time and effort to research all of this on your own, or you need to find someone who studies this information day in and day out and keeps track of all the changes. That’s where we come in.



Do I have to pay everything upfront? 
Usually, no. A deposit will be required to secure your reservation. The amount varies based on the type of reservation and the supplier's particular policies. Disney requires a $200 deposit to lock in your trip and price and you can make payments up until 30 days before your trip.

What is included with your service?
We provide luxury travel concierge service doing all the heavy lifting for you. We can be as hands on or as hands off as you like.

During your complimentary consultation we listen to you carefully and create a custom itinerary for each day of your vacation. We help set you your tech and Magic Bands. We can book everything for you including Hotel reservations, park tickets, park reservations, dining reservations, transfers and transportation, strollers, scooters and wheelchairs, enchanting extras, special experiences, excursions, spa treatments, and everything else in between. 



I already booked my Disney Vacation, but this sounds awesome, can I  still get planning and concierge services through you?
If you’ve booked your trip with Disney in the last 30 days and have not paid in full, we can transfer your reservation to Fabulous Fairy Travel.

If your vacation was booked more than 30 days ago, or if you are using a timeshare or DVC points, you can still receive planning services for a fee. Please reach out for more information.



What if a Discount is released after I book with you?
We have access to all the latest discounts and specials. We monitor your reservation to make sure you’re getting the best price possible and automatically apply any additional discounts as they become available. 

 
Do you help with Disney tech and Lightning Lanes, Virtual Queue, Single Pass, Multipass, and Premier Pass?

YES! Our first-hand knowledge inside parks and resorts along with our direct partnership with Disney Destinations, allows us to guide and prepare our clients through any  technology needs that may arise. 


What if nothing is available online for resorts or dining, can you still get it?
Most oftentimes, the answer is YES! People often hoard dining and resort reservations and cancel last minute as they decide which one to use. We jump in within seconds to get you the best dining and resorts for your stay! 


Do you have a cancellation or change policy?
We do not. Your vacation is secured through Disney directly and you are only responsible for their change and cancellation policies.

We are always a quick phone call, email, or text away. You talk to a real person - the same person - each and every time you call.
